Our utmost priority lies in maintaining exemplary Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards. We are dedicated to understanding and addressing the requirements of our customers while actively contributing to the elevation of HSE benchmarks within our industry.

FOOD SAFETY POLICY STATEMENT
CDC recognizes the requirement and value of effective Food Safety systems and their performance. This is why we’re committed to applying Food Safety Regulations and the application of industry best practice to achieve this objective.

We are committed to:
- The application of Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP) principles and will ensure that its’ food handlers and managers receive training and the resources toward achieving these standards.
- The need to identify changes within our processes and facilities to ensure they conform to established critical limits.
- Ensuring that food handlers are supervised and instructed in food hygiene matters commensurate with their work activities
- All members of management and staff applying every effort to achieving and maintaining required food safety standards.
It is also the expectation that any defect in food safety is identified, controlled and reported to conform with company quality assurance objectives.
